Art Linkletter is known as one of America’s most dedicated humanitarians, a three-time Emmy Award winner including the 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award, and his lecture tour is entitled “Old Age Is Not For Sissies” which is also the title of his 23rd book. Mr. Linkletter is the only person in T.V. history to have five shows running concurrently on network T.V. He hosted two of the longest running shows in USA broadcast history, "House Party" which ran for 25 years (1952-1977) and "People Are Funny" which ran for 19 years (1954-1973). Art is 96 years young and still speaks 40 to 50 times a year.
